Profitap is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns to drive profitable growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and programs.
Job requirements
You keep up to date with industry trends and innovations. When there are events planned, you assist in preparing and promoting the event itself and set up campaigns around it. With every project, you keep track of the bigger picture. With a strong focus on campaigns you connect the dots between all media, and ensure flawless execution on our website, social media, and other channels.
You can turn complex information into tailored content for our target groups. You work together closely with technical writers, designers, and industry experts to do this well. If you have a technical background in the cybersecurity/network performance monitoring industries, this is a solid plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs across all channels (e.g. digital, events, PR)
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEA, email marketing, and social media
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market trends
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals is a plus
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and inbound marketing techniques
