Medior Product Owner

THIS IS YOUR ADVENTURE

You will embark on a very promising scale up of EZ Factory, founded in 2017, to develop generic global innovative mobile solutions for leading companies such as Heineken and FrieslandCampina.

Different groups of people have different interests. Our product owner is the linchpin between these interests and must be able to get people involved in your decisions. For example the scrum team. Opinions about what should be tackled in sprints may differ, but ultimately the product owner makes the decision. To do this, he must have sufficient authority and respect from his teammates and be able to encourage them to fully engage in the sprint.

To start your adventure in the right way, you will follow an internal course to learn industries best practice development standards.

THIS IS YOUR TRACK RECORD

• You have a higher professional education or university degree in the field of IT/Business Administration/Technology.
• You have an industry background, either managerial or as a consultant.
• You have a clear vision on product and market in the make industry.
• You can independently translate vision into concrete actions.
• You are agile and can quickly switch between all stakeholders and facets, from customer, management and team to product, market, organization and of course your own vision.
• You are a real team player and can set the right priorities within the team.
• You are able listen carefully to your team, be open to suggestions and be easily approachable.
• You live in the Netherlands.
• You have good written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English
• You did not wake up to be mediocre
